Comprehensive Plan
The Glocester Town Council adopted the Comprehensive Community Plan as recommended by the Planning Board on April 19, 2018. The Plan received State Approval on July 25, 2018.
The Glocester Town Council adopted Amendment #20-01 to the Comprehensive Community Plan as recommended by the Planning Board on October 1, 2020. The amendment received State Approval on December 28, 2020.
Subdivision/Land Development
The Town of Glocester adopted Subdivision Regulations on November 16, 1995. These regulations were amended February 23, 1998, November 15, 2007 and October 17, 2022. The regulations govern the subdivision and development of land. It provides a complete description of the required submittals, review and approvals for each step of the subdivision/land development review process. The regulations are available below:
