BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR REVISED SEP 10, 2019
Seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee and participate in the repair and maintenance of town buildings and facilities. Perform building repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure buildings are in proper operating condition. Works under the direction of the DPW Director planning and prioritizing regular work. Responsible for the performance of a range of skilled and unskilled services pertaining to the maintenance and repair of town owned properties. Must be proficient in trade skills and the use of department equipment and tools. Responsible for the supervision of subordinates and/or contractors hired to make repairs or installations to buildings. Candidate must have good analytical skills, the ability to act independently, to reason, detect, and solve problems in a cost effective way.

The Town of Glocester is seeking applicants to fill the part time or hourly position of Human Resources Administrator.
Successful applicant will report to the Town Council and be responsible for managing all personnel functions for the Town of Glocester.
The Town will accept for consideration private sector applicants seeking to be a town employee, as well as individuals seeking to be contracted through, for example, an agency or previously established Human Resource company.
Ability to work independently, ability to multi-task, interface with staff at all levels, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of relevant work experience, knowledge of current software & ability to work with various software packages, ability to recognize and work with confidential information while maintaining confidentiality.
