Voter Registration Information

VOTER ID
Now that the Voter ID law is in effect, the Voter ID Mobile Unit will be on the road to best reach those in need of a state-issue voter ID card. As you may know, those people who have a photo ID including a drivers license or state issued ID card, a passport, a student ID, a government issued medical card or other government issued card, will not need an ID issued by the Secretary of State's office. Various groups that have been identified as possibly being most in need of an ID are senior citizens, the homeless or indigent, those with disabilities, etc. Having the Voter ID Mobile Unit visiting public places closest to those in most need of an ID is the best way to achieve that goal.

The Voter ID Mobile Unit will be visting the Town of Glocester so that members of the town can come obtain a free ID (so long as you do not already possess a sufficient form of identification).
